GARDEN SUITE is our premium suite situated on the ground level; it has its own private queen size bedroom with quality linen, electric blanket and heater for winter. It has its own private entrance and leafy courtyard with table and chairs. The quite garden is full of native trees and ferns which attract both the beautiful tui as well as blackbirds and thrushes. This spacious accommodation includes a lounge room with sofa bed and caters for 2- 3 guests.

BREAKFAST: We offer Continental and Cooked Breakfast served in our Dining Room or outside on our deck, weather permitting. Our breakfasts are special with home cooking and home – made breads, muffins, cereals, jams, yoghurt, freshly squeezed juice, stewed fruits and fresh herbs from the garden. Each day is different.
Beach towels are provided along with spades for Hot Water Beach Hot Springs at low tide. Other facilities available for our guests to use are an Iron and ironing board, Gas BBQ, out- door shower after you’ve been on the beach, laundry, wifi with secure code.
Complimentary wine for guests on arrival.

BOOKING TERMS:
Bookings can be received by phone, email or by website and are confirmed upon receipt of your credit card details.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in writing (via email).
For cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival, booking funds will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee.
For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival, booking funds will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of arrival, no refund will be given, however, the reservation may be rescheduled to another equivalent period subject to availability. Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances."
