THE GARDEN SUITE :: The Garden Suite provides a quiet, very comfortable and private haven. Situated on the ground level it has it’s own private entrance and own leafy courtyard with table and chairs.

The tastefully appointed spacious accommodation includes a separate sitting room with TV [Free to Air], fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. The quiet, very private queensize bedroom is provided with quality linen and electric blanket and has a well appointed bathroom. Guest Parking and Wireless Broadband with Secure Code. FOR BREAKFAST WE SERVE - CONTINENTAL OR COOKED BREAKFAST. Continental - home made bread and muffins, yoghurt, a choice of cereals, Seasonal Fruit, Freshly squeezed Fruit Juice. Cooked - Traditional Bacon and Eggs, Corn, Whitebait Fritters, each day is different.

Beach Towels are provided plus Spades for Hot Water Beach

Rates are for 2 people. A sofabed in the sitting room is available for one extra guest at an added cost of $75 per night. The Garden Suite caters for a maximum of 3 adults.

Check in: between 2 - 5pm, Check out: 10am.
Cathedral Court is a non-smoking accommodation and not suitable for children under 13 years.

BOOKING TERMS
Bookings can be received by phone, email or website and are confirmed upon receipt of your credit card details. Any form of cancellation must be recieved in writing 48hrs before arrival and a 10% cancellation charge will apply, if cancellation is recieved in less this time then a 100% charge applies. If a payment has already been made there will be no refund.
